WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

Our products are typically made with the following materials:

Polymer Clay – Polymer clay contains a base of PVC resin and liquid plastic
UV epoxy resin coatings for shine and high-quality transparency
Gold leaf foil
Hypoallergenic metal hooks & metal studs
Rubber earring backs
E-6000 epoxy glue

Our pieces aspire to be hypoallergenic, containing metal free from Nickel and Lead (the most common allergy to sensitive ears).

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS ACCEPTED?

At this time, Avanell LLC., is not taking custom orders.

JEWELRY CARE:

These handmade polymer clay earrings are lightweight, delicate, and made with love — but they’re not fans of water or rough handling. To keep them looking their best:

Keep them dry – Water can soften the clay, so avoid showers, swimming, or steamy adventures while wearing them.
Wipe gently – If they get dusty, just use a soft, damp cloth.
Shine the metal – Use a jewelry polishing cloth to keep the gold or silver findings sparkling.
Store smart – Tuck them into the dust baggie provided and keep them in a cool, dry spot.

ARE ALL PIECES HANDMADE?

Yes, all pieces 100% made by hand. All clay is blended (by hand), cut (by hand), baked (by hand), assembled (by hand) and packaged (by hand).

Each piece is truly unique, as no two pieces will ever look exactly the same. While patterns and shapes may be similar, each is a one-of-a-kind piece.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We currently ship to the continental US and offer flat rate shipping via the US Postal Service. Products should arrive within 5-7 business days of order being placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, due to hygiene reasons. Feel free to contact us directly if there is an issue with your order.
